Pharmacy Assistant Job Description

At London Drugs Limited, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Pharmacy Department in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions
  • Manage pharmacy inventory and assist with ordering and receiving drug orders
  • Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
