Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT program delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on agile delivery and OpenText application management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, implementation, and closeout.
  • Develop and execute project plans, project status reports, and project-related communication documents.
  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on diverse IT commitments and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management and Scrum Master experience in a software development environment.
  • Experience working with OpenText application, document/data migration, cloud migration, and application integration implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs and advocate a course of action.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare/edit comprehensive project reports and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
