We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. This is a part-time temporary position with a competitive salary range of $38.580 to $50.070.
Job Summary:Under the direction of the Home Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will provide nursing services in the home, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and participate in educational programs and performance evaluation processes.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing services in the home, including assessing needs, setting priorities for care, and developing standards for care.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess needs, set priorities for care, and develop standards for care.
- Participate in educational programs and performance evaluation processes.
- Promote good public relations and participate in studies and research projects within the Home Care Program.
- Two (2) years recent community nursing experience or broad generalist background.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Nursing diploma is acceptable.
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
- Preference will be given to applicants with courses relevant to pediatrics.
- Ventilator and Tracheotomy experience.
- Experience working in Pediatrics, NICU, PICU.

Please note that travel within the region and provincially is required for this position. Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) is a must.
