Job Title: Emergency Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Physician to join our team at the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, making sound medical decisions and working effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, symptoms, and test results.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as radiology and laboratory, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in emergency medicine.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency program in emergency medicine.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
