Forklift Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team at Imploy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operating forklifts and will be responsible for efficiently and accurately performing order picking and packing tasks in a distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operating forklift equipment, primarily Yale forklifts, and occasionally Raymond Reach trucks.
  2. Accurately and efficiently performing order picking and packing tasks in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
  3. Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  4. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
  5. Assisting with inventory management and keeping accurate records of stock movements.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a forklift operator and warehouse associate.
  2. Valid certifications in Order Selector (OS) and Reach Truck (RT).
  3. Experience with RF (radio frequency) equipment.
  4. Proficiency in order picking and packing in a distribution center.
  5. A valid driver's license is required.

Additional Information:

  • The initial shift for this position is from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on the first day, followed by a regular shift schedule of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • The compensation for this position is $24.15 per hour.
