Job Summary

Sunny Travel Ltd is seeking a skilled Outdoor Guide to lead groups on exciting outdoor sport and recreational trips. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Groups: Escort groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, providing guidance and support throughout the experience.
  • Camping and Equipment: Assemble and maintain camping gear and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Regulations and Safety: Advise clients on specific regulations, such as hunting and fishing laws, boating regulations, and environmental guidelines, to prevent violations and ensure a safe experience.
  • Instruction and Support: Provide outdoor, wilderness, and wildlife instruction, as well as assist clients with special needs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
