Job Title: Mortgage Branch Manager

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is a leading provider of pest control services to the property management sector. Our team of certified specialists uses innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow provincial accounts
  • Manage existing customer service requests, inquiries, and escalations
  • Provide support in managing employee or customer issues that Operations Managers may have
  • Be knowledgeable of technical data concerning pesticides used, and their application in accordance to the label
  • Learn and provide technical know-how on leading industry trends
  • Accountable for operating within company and business unit policies and procedures; Maintain Inventory Control, including ordering; truck and account audits; warehouse inventory counts
  • 5 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education is an asset
  • 5 years' experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment required
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Ability managing and leading assigned projects and employees
  • Ability to manage administrative duties along with field work
  • Excellent organizational and time management
  • Excellence in clear and concise feedback, performance management, and coaching
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/Documents, Sheets, Gmail, and Slides) at an intermediate level
  • Valid driver's License
  • Valid Pest Control License or willing to obtain
  • Licenses/certificates as required by federal and provincial regulations
