Job Title: Database Analyst

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a skilled Database Analyst to join our team. As a Database Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's databases to ensure efficient data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain computer databases to support business operations
  • Document customers' requirements for projects and ensure data accuracy
  • Setup IT infrastructure to allow applications to access databases
  • Test data models and database management systems to ensure data integrity
  • Design and develop databases to meet business needs
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights
  • Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities, newcomers, and/or refugees
  • Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
