Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer/Coach to join our Engineering Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of software solutions that meet business requirements and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Design and implement software solutions using a range of technologies, including cloud-based platforms and microservices architecture
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile and DevOps
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
