Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Chrismat Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and maintain a high level of flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
