The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a broad multi-disciplinary base in mineral processing plant/infrastructure construction. They will have demonstrated success in taking a medium-sized greenfields gold project from concept phase to build and commissioning, with a budget of circa $250 million USD.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of output of the allocated project team, and that it is aligned with the needs of the project/study, the company objectives, the requirements of the client, and meets regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work effectively across different cultures. They will also have a strong ability to achieve consistently high standards within budget and schedule constraints.
