As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care to clients in a professional manner, including companionship and support in their homes. You will also assist with medication, meal preparation, household management, and daily routines, ensuring client safety at all times.

Our Home Support Workers are trained to provide exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are committed to helping you develop your skills and career through our professional development learning modules.

With a competitive hourly rate of $17.05, plus 4% vacation pay, and flexible scheduling options, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals and make a positive impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to clients in a professional manner
  • Companionship and support in the client's home
  • Medication assistance
  • Meal preparation, household management, and assisting with daily routines
  • Ensuring client safety

Requirements:

All applicants must have a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check. You must also be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location: Mount Pearl, Newfoundland & Labrador
