Job Description

Nobleton Security seeks an experienced Security Supervisor Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our security services. This role involves coordinating activities with other work units, monitoring quality and production levels, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities
  • Schedule work for security personnel
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
