Key Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth transition of clients to the National Branch, completing all necessary documentation and adhering to branch protocol.

Provide expert investment advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

  1. Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, promoting our products and services to meet their evolving needs.

  1. Compliance and Risk Management

Adhere to all firm and regulatory policies, staying up-to-date with regulatory rules and trading activities to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

  1. Team Collaboration

Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall performance of the National Branch.

Requirements
  1. Education and Training

Hold a strong understanding of industry and firm compliance regulations, with a focus on risk management and regulatory requirements.

  1. Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Technical Skills

Proficiency in ScotiaMcLeod trading and account management systems, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
