UK CORNER MARKET INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Prepare and manage store reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates, including scheduling and training.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team. The store is open 34 to 38 hours per week.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Work Term:Permanent position.
