About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Crème de la Crumb. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained, including washing glassware and sanitizing equipment.
  • Point of Sale and Inventory: Accurately record and balance beverage sales, order bar stock, and maintain inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and maintain a safe and responsible serving environment.
  • Certifications and Training: Possess a Serving It Right Certificate and have experience in the industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in the industry is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
