About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store associates and management to drive sales and promote Nespresso products.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Nespresso coffee products and services to customers and staff, and make recommendations to enhance their coffee experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management to drive business growth.
  • Work with multiple Nespresso trade partners at 1 to 3 store locations daily to promote and sell Nespresso products.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
  • Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of the coffee industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Reliable transportation to and from locations.
