We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Powerline Plus Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, planning and organizing project schedules, and preparing budgets and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and plan daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Organize and coordinate project schedules, milestones, and progress monitoring
  • Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Negotiate contractual agreements and revisions as needed
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Familiarity with MS Office and computer-aided design software
