About the Role

The Evidence Delivery Director will be responsible for the operational planning, delivery, and oversight of company-sponsored studies and externally sponsored studies. This role will work closely with the scientific study leader to ensure the successful execution of studies across all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational insights during the study design concept development process.
  • Coordinate protocol development by ensuring input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide input on operational feasibility of the protocol.
  • Coordinate internal study governance processes.
  • Lead the selection of external service providers, including clinical research organizations.
  • Set up study teams and manage study sourcing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medical or biological science.
  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, with a focus on clinical study delivery and drug development.
  • Project management qualification or experience, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource management.
  • Scientific awareness and knowledge of observational study guidelines and SOPs.
  • Knowledge of early and late-stage pharmaceutical development.
