Requirements:

  • College diploma in construction management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant residential construction work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Ontario Building Codes, Energy Star guidelines, and Health & Safety Regulations
