Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at Jogewala Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
