Job Title: Exterior Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Plasterer to join our team at Tradelink Stucco & Construction Inc. As an Exterior Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a weatherproof surface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply and mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Working Conditions:

As an Exterior Plasterer, you will work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, mask, safety glasses/goggles, and steel-toed safety boots.
