Key Responsibilities:Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and functional needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, documenting progress, goals, and discharge plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Maintain active standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Three years of experience providing physiotherapy services, preferably in home assessments and treatments.
