Receiving Supervisor

Avtar Johal Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient receipt and processing of goods.
- Prepare and submit reports on receipt and processing of goods.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Arrange training for staff on receipt and processing procedures.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient receipt and processing of goods.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a receiving or warehouse environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
