We are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide essential care to clients in London, Canada.

About the Role:

In this position, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
  • Monitor client's health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Compensation and Benefits:
