Join Our Team as an Information Technology Specialist Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Technology Specialist Intern. As a member of our Plant 41 Manufacturing OT group, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of our manufacturing lines and automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions to device-related manufacturing problems
  • Maintain newly installed and legacy computer, network, hardware, and software systems
  • Introduce, maintain, and optimize technical solutions for existing systems
  • Analyze, design, and implement short- and long-term solutions to improve manufacturing capabilities
  • Implement programming initiatives to improve manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Provide support to 24/7 operations
  • Commitment to EH&S and Quality objectives
  • Provide project updates via presentations to leadership
Requirements:
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where hired
  • Pursuing a degree in Applied Computer Science or Computer Science
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset.
