Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will support the external sales force in selling efforts for our products and services using verbal and written communication. The role will focus on expanding the product portfolio through effective sales strategies and dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new or existing products to existing clients
  • Create leads and increase revenue to expand our presence within accounts
  • Cold call customers who do not currently or have not purchased from us in the past
  • Gather information and expand opportunities for assigned accounts
  • Answer customer queries and provide product information
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Inside sales or sales experience or a sales-driven mindset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a must
  • Excellent sales or customer service track-record
  • Clear communication and active listening skills
  • People-oriented and experienced in rapport building
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or Microsoft software programs
  • Fast learner to develop product and industry knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
