Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Direct and supervise a team of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective food production.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and control stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or culinary role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
