Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Denny's Restaurant. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
