We are seeking a skilled Retail Butcher to join our team at Great Choice Meat & Poultry. As a Retail Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and selling high-quality meats to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Weigh and price meats for sale
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Our Retail Butcher will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
