We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Manager at CAPREIT. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional management to a prescribed portfolio of properties.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage an annual operating and capital budget while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with CAPREIT policies and goals
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner
