Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure efficient use of resources;

  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing;

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals;

  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality;

  • Train workers in duties and policies to enhance their performance and efficiency;

  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results;

  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed;

  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency;

  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to meet its objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field;

  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in supply chain management or related field;

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
