Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mic Mac Mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Bell Canada products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
