About the Job:

As a Community Health Worker with the Interior Health Authority, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who support clients' independence and ability to stay at home. Your role will involve providing home support services to clients, assisting with personal care and daily living, while promoting maximum independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Perform household duties related to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Prepare meals in accordance with designated plans
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Observe and report changes in client behavior and condition
  • Perform delegated tasks according to training and procedures
About this Opportunity:

This is a relief part-time opportunity until the return of the incumbent. The shift types for this position are rotating days and evenings, with hours of work being 07:00 to 15:30 and 16:00 to 22:00.
