Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
- Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.84 per hour and flexible scheduling, including 8-hour shifts during day, evening, and night shifts. On-site parking is also available.
