Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food to meet customer demand.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
