Guidance Counsellor

Xendara Career College is seeking a Guidance Counsellor to provide academic support and guidance to students. The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding educational, career, or vocational issues, as well as coordinating the provision of counselling and information services to students, parents, and teachers.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel students regarding educational, career, or vocational issues
- Coordinate the provision of counselling and information services to students, parents, and teachers
- Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops
- Develop guidance and counselling programs
- Arrange for recruitment of graduating students by employers
- Visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students, their parents, and educational institutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia
