Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the process/manufacturing industry
  • 5 years of experience building and managing a sales team
  • Technical knowledge of control valves, instrumentation, and fittings
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
