Job Summary:

Cci Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer to lead our pipeline and facility design team. As a senior process engineer, you will be responsible for the successful completion of technical pipeline and facility designs, project deliverables, and related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical designs, conduct calculations, draft documents, and mentor junior engineering work in accordance with industry and company codes and standards.
  • Provide senior engineering review and expertise on process conditions, P&ID/PFD development, process design, service conditions, requirements, and code standards.
  • Knowledge of piping, valves, metering, pumps, over-pressure protection, process safety, design, code, and regulatory compliance across liquids, gas, and hydrogen services.
  • Assist with the completion of various project deliverables, including engineering calculations, engineered drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
  • Participate in project HAZOP meetings and provide technical coordination with various disciplines, both internal and external.
  • Mentorship and training of junior engineers.
  • Assist in developing and standardizing templates and commonly issued project documents/calculations to improve overall efficiency of the company's operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA and EGBC.
  • 10+ years' experience in a process P.Eng role.
  • Knowledge in piping codes (CSA, ASME, PRCI, API).
  • Knowledge in design of gas and liquids pipeline and facility systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and have strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take additional responsibilities.
  • Quality and safety-oriented mindset.
