About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Support Worker to join our team at AgeCare. As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will provide excellent personal care and support to our residents in a caring and respectful manner.
About the Job:
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents in a safe and respectful manner.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfer activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
Requirements:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Nursing Aide Certificate
- Health Care Aide Certificate
- Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Immunization records
- Criminal record check
- Reliable transportation
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Standing for extended periods
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Repetitive tasks
