Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
