At ProStyle Cleaning, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings by performing routine maintenance and repairs. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our systems and equipment, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in working with heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will be responsible for making adjustments and minor repairs, contacting contractors for major repairs, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair. Your ability to work independently and with minimal supervision will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and ensuring that systems and equipment are operating efficiently. Your strong work ethic and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contacting contractors for major repairs
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies
  • Ensuring that systems and equipment are operating efficiently
