Job Title: Associate Director Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director Finance to join our team at Cpanewbrunswick. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and IT strategy, planning, and management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and employee benefits
  • Oversee IT systems and investments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead financial risk management and support key initiatives such as capital projects and organizational growth
  • Collaborate with executive, senior, and people leaders across the organization to educate and build strong financial understanding
Requirements:
  • CPA designation and a university degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of senior leadership/management experience or equivalent
  • Experience producing monthly financial statements, cash management, accounting in charitable and non-profit organizations, and dealing with banks and other stakeholders
  • Proven experience implementing internal controls and measuring performance indicators
