Key Responsibilities:- Investigate claims to determine liability and quantum
- Confirm policy coverages and maintain detailed file records
- Engage with stakeholders, including underwriting and senior leadership
- Manage a portfolio of senior bodily injury, casualty, and general liability claims
- University degree, college diploma, or CIP designation
- Minimum 3 years of claims handling experience in bodily injury/casualty litigation
- Notable commercial general liability claims handling experience
- Professional, friendly, and courteous communication skills
