We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in concrete finishing, including direct placement of concrete, operating power vibrators, and imparting desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physical demands associated with this role, such as handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade specifications
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure even density
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and extend lifespan
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • A minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Flexibility and dependability, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
