Job Summary

22nd Street Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy by ensuring that all medications and pharmaceutical products are properly inventoried and stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all stock levels are adequate and that expired or damaged items are properly disposed of.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist in the ordering and receiving of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all deliveries are properly processed and stored.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in the pharmacy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
