Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Formco Concrete Foundations LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and operating various equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in fast-paced environments
