At Intercast, we're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Threat Manager to lead and manage our Security Operations team. This role is a key part of helping our financial industry clients strengthen their security posture.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in directing Threat and Vulnerability Management programs, conducting self-assessments to identify security gaps, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and implementing strong Incident Response procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Security Operations team to ensure effective threat management and incident response
  • Direct the Threat and Vulnerability Management program to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Conduct regular self-assessments to identify security gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards

This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat management and incident response
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
