- Provide leadership and guidance to the dining room team
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and staffing plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Basics Food Handlers Course, Smart Serve, and/or other recognized food safety education
- Minimum two years' experience in the food and beverage service industry
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or healthcare foodservice
