- Baking and Quality Control: Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Decorating and Presentation: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations.
- Product Oversight: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and that all products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead others as needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English or French.
